Mean while a thieving, meth head with guns can move in without warning.

It’s the “Registered” part of it that’s the problem. The dissemination of the information that the “Registry” provides to the public. The attention it brings to the “Registrant” and to that persons Landlord & Employer (& every person in the firm), its the attention and vigilantism it allows that is the problem here. If DWI offenders had an identical Registry, then they would have the same HARDSHIPS as RC’s.

Slow news day in Spokane (pop. 215,000+)? Or perhaps all days are slow there. How this rates as “news” worth broadcasting is beyond me….oh wait, he’s a RC, so he’s a monster on the loose. Pardon me, I forgot.
